Welcome to Elmspire Retreat. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and our online platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services Provided

Elmspire Retreat offers a range of wellness and spa services including, but not limited to, therapeutic massages, aromatherapy treatments, facial and skin care therapies, hydrotherapy sessions, wellness consultations, hot stone therapy, reflexology, and body scrubs and wraps. All services are subject to availability and the expertise of our practitioners.

2. Appointments and Cancellations

Booking: Appointments can be booked through our online platform, by phone, or in person at our premises. We recommend booking in advance, especially for popular treatments.

Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost. No-shows will be charged the full service cost.

3. Payments and Pricing

All prices for our services are listed on our online platform and are subject to change without prior notice. Payment is due at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various forms of payment, which will be communicated upon booking or at the reception.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Health Information: Clients are responsible for disclosing all relevant health information, including medical conditions, allergies, or any other factors that may affect their treatment, prior to the commencement of any service. This ensures the safety and efficacy of the treatments provided.

• Conduct: We expect all clients to conduct themselves in a respectful manner towards our staff and other clients. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in the termination of services.

• Punctuality: Please arrive on time for your appointments. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to avoid inconveniencing subsequent appointments.

5. Limitation of Liability

Elmspire Retreat and its staff will not be liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage sustained on our premises or as a result of using our services, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. We recommend consulting with a medical professional regarding any health concerns before commencing any new treatment.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our online platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Elmspire Retreat or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
